NPC CEO Invites Investors to Participate in Petrochemical Projects
TEHRAN – The CEO of the
National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Morteza Shahmirzaei has invited all investors, researchers and industrialists of the petrochemical industry to participate in completing the sector’s value chain.
Addressing at the ceremony of the official inauguration of Di Aria Polymer in Khomein, He said: “This polypropylene production complex, while providing the data-x-items needed by downstream industries, will create employment and business prosperity for the people of the region.”
The plant is built with Rls. 25,000 billion and is designed for production of 17 grades of homopolymer and 11 grades of copolymer.
Di Aria Polymer Officially Online
Di Aria Polymer (Khomein Petrochemical Plant) was officially inaugurated in the presence of Deputy Minister of Petroleum and the CEO of National Petrochemical Company.
The polypropylene unit of Di Aria Polymer officially came online with an annual capacity of 175,000.
Up to 17 grades of homopolymer and 11 grades of copolymer will be produced in this petrochemical unit, and the feedstock for the plant will be supplied from Shazand Arak Refinery, which provides about 17% of the polypropylene required by the country’s downstream industries.
