Dhaka Festival Screens Iran’s ‘Rest Time’
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian short flick ‘Rest Time’ has been set to participate in the Cinemaking International Film Festival (CIFF) in Bangladesh, one of the largest film festivals in South Asia.
The Iranian Youth Cinema Society reported that the psychological thriller will be screened at the upcoming edition of the Bangladeshi event.
“I wanted to speak out loudly, but every time they get angry and call me crazy... I am not crazy,” a synopsis for the film noir reads.
The film is written and directed by Ali Gholami.
Prior to its participation in the CIFF, the film unveiled its poster, according to the report.
The Cinemaking International Film Festival is organized by Dhaka Festival.
The third edition of the event will be held next December.
