Iranian, Italian Artworks On View in Venice

TEHRAN (Honaronline ) –
Iranian and Italian artists showcased their oeuvres in a painting exhibition opened on May 24 at Palazzo Bonin Longare Vicenza in Venice, Italy.The exhibition featured the works by 12 Italian and 12 Iranian artists.
The Tehran-based Sakoo Art School, in cooperation with Liceo Statale Antonio Canova and the Museo Internazionale Italia Arte (MIIT), organized the event, which focuses on the concept of art and women.
Sadaf Kobari, Shahrzad Taheri, Kimia Yari, Sara Aslan-Beigi, and Niloofar Rastgoftar are among the Iranian artists participating at the event.
The Palazzo Thiene Bonin Longare is a patrician palace in Vicenza, northern Italy. The place is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the current name of which is “City of Vicenza and the Palladian Villas of the Veneto”.
The exhibition run through May 26.
