TEHRAN -- Iranian short film ‘OCD’ will participate at the Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) in India.
Directed by Ali Azadikhah, the 14-minute short flick will be on the showcase at the International Competition section of the event’s 17th edition.
The section screens short fiction films with the length of up to 45 minutes.
‘OCD’ narrates the story of the final days into the marital life of a young couple before divorce on the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Launched in 1990, the MIFF is “the oldest and largest film festival for non-feature films in South Asia”. It “is organized by the Films Division, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, and Government of India”.
This year’s edition of the event is slated for May 29 to June 4, 2022.
