Embassy Asks Iranians in Moldova to Leave
TEHRAN -- Iran’s embassy in Ukraine, which also acts as the Islamic Republic’s accredited embassy in the Republic of Moldova, on Monday called on Iranian nationals to leave Moldova, particularly its breakaway region of Transnistria, considering the possibility of the spread of the Ukraine war. In a statement, the embassy in Ukraine and the accredited embassy in Moldova said all the Iranian citizens whose presence in the country is not necessary under the current circumstances are asked to leave the Moldovan territory.
