Little Sparrow Screened at Minneapolis Festival
TEHRAN -- The Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Film Festival (MSPIFF) in the U.S. has been screening Iranian animated film ‘The Little Sparrow’.
Directed by Elaheh Fallahian-Mehrjerdi, the animation is currently on screen at the 41st edition of the U.S. event.
‘The Little Sparrow’ is about a little blue sparrow, which flies with the movement of clouds.
The MSPIFF is a springtime film event, which started in 1981 as the Rivertown Film Festival.
This year’s edition of the fest, currently underway, has been slated for May 5-19.
The other representatives of Iran at this edition of the MSPIFF are ‘Identibye’ directed by Sajjad Shahhatami, ‘Zalava’ directed by Arsalan Amiri, and ‘Hit the Road’ directed by Panah Panahi.
