Payame Noor to Open Branches in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria
TEHRAN – Head of Iran’s Payame Noor University has announced the opening of its centers in Lebanon, Iraq and Syria.
The university was established in 1988. It is based on the distance and part-time education method and has representative offices in more than 60 countries.
Dean of the university Ebrahim Taghizadeh announced that the university would set up its centers in Lebanon, Iraq and Syria with the permission of the university’s board of trustees.
He said seven centers of Payame Noor University in Iran are in the process of obtaining permits to enroll foreign students, with the Tehran branch having already received the authorization.
