Ministry: Remaining Iranians Safe in Ukraine
TEHRAN -- Iran’s Foreign Ministry says a few number of Iranian nationals who have got stuck in Ukraine after the beginning of war are sheltered in safe places.
Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said, “No problem has been reported so far. However, there have been certain concerns and efforts have been made to address them.” The spokesman said due to the military conditions in Ukraine and a curfew imposed on the government, it was impossible to evacuate all Iranians.
