Victim Families Write to Europe Over ASMLA Terrorists

TEHRAN -- The Iranian
Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism (ADVTNGO) has called on attorneys in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands to prosecute those related to the leader ASMLA terrorist group and allow victim families to attend their trial.
The ADVTNGO which represents the families of victims of terrorism in Iran has sent a letter to attorneys in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, stating that Habib Chaab, the leader of the ASMLA terrorist group who was based in Sweden before being arrested by Iran, has had accomplices in those countries.
The letter has reiterated that the terrorists have committed bombing and armed robbery in Ahwaz since 2005 and killed 274 people and injured many others.
Reminding that some of Chaab’s accomplices have been arrested in those countries and are being trialed, the letter said the philosophy of trial and the main value of courts lie in the accessibility of justice and not hearing the victims of the terrorist group in Iran will hurt human rights and global security discussions.
The ADVTNGO called on the attorneys to help Iranian victims attend the trials in Denmark and the Netherlands.
