The illegal and illicit vote at the 54-member UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) to remove the Islamic Republic of Iran from membership of its Commission on the Status of Women, under pressure from the US, is being called as a “sham and shameless” vote by the free press.
Sham it is without the least doubt, since it is politically motivated against a country which earlier this year was elected to the same for the 3rd 4-year term because of its impeccable record on the rights of women, but why shameless?
The answer is obvious. Iran and the US are diametrically opposed to the conception of women’s rights.
For the Islamic Republic the feminine gender is a highly respectful term. Women have dignity, both at home and in society. They are not commercial or carnal objects. They enjoy all rights and are viewed as models of virtue and chastity who play a vital role in not just ensuring the proper grooming of children to become members of a sound and healthy community, but as vital components of a progressive country active in various professions in respect of the lofty status that Islam has bestowed upon them.
This is not the case in the US and for the slavishly American countries, which are devoid of morals, ethics, spirituality, religion, and above all humanitarian values.
Women’s rights for the US, actually means the right of the males to exploit the women in every imaginable way.
For instance, the unethical societies of the West, which have long divorced not just Christianity but all forms of religion and have openly rebelled against the Almighty Creator, want girls and young women (old women do not exist for them), to be seductresses, fornicators, adulteresses, erotic-dancers, strip-teasers, lesbians, and nudists – whether on beaches or bars.
This the reason they oppose hijab, headscarves, and modest dressing in pubic, and consider virtue and chastity as insurmountable obstacles to their unbridled animal desires.
The Islamic Republic of Iran and any other country that view promiscuity and all other forms of degrading of feminine virtue will never condone such immoral behaviour in societies.
This is the main reason the US has bribed 28 other members of the 54-member ESOSOC to vote for the immediate expulsion of the Islamic Republic, even though earlier this year Iran had been elected to the Commission on the Status of Women for the 3rd time for another four-year term.
It is indeed shameful for the UN as well to allow the US to take such an illegal and unconstitutional action against Iran that creates an obstacle to promoting women’s real political, economic, social and educational rights.
Irrespective of this or any other move against the Islamic Republic at the UN, the overwhelming majority of Iranian women are religious, spiritual, ethical, educated, cultured, informed, and dynamic, to be misled by the US.
The US and its agents, such as the thugs, traitors, terrorists, and women of loose morals, will never succeed in their satanic goals.
