16th Iran Plast Int’l Exhibition Kicks Off
TEHRAN - The 16th edition of Iran Plast International Exhibition officially started at Tehran’s permanent fairgrounds on Wednesday.
According to National Petrochemical Company (NPC), the showcase kicked off in a ceremony held in the presence of deputy minister of petroleum and the CEO of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), representatives of the Islamic Parliament, ambassadors and activists of the petrochemical industry at the permanent fairgrounds of the Iranian capital.
610 domestic and foreign companies are running stands in 15 halls in addition to open space in this year’s Iran Plast exhibition, which are located in an area of 65,000 square meters.
10 foreign companies and delegations from 19 countries are present at the 16th Iran Plast exhibition. These delegations are from Afghanistan, Turkey, Tunisia, Syria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Serbia, Bosnia, Russia, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Tajikistan, Armenia, Spain, Brazil, Lebanon, etc.
In the 16th Iran Plast International Exhibition, 20 specialized meetings, roundtables and workshops will be held in the presence of experts, executives and officials of the petrochemical field.
The 16th edition of the Iran Plast exhibition will be held from September 21 to 24 in the five groups of “raw materials”, “manufactured and semi-manufactured goods”, “machinery and equipment”, “services” and “banks, stock exchanges and financial institutions.”
This exhibition is considered one of the largest events of the polymer industry in the Middle East and is classified among the prestigious exhibitions of the world’s plastic industry.
