Tajikistan, Iran Cooperate to Absorb Joint Foreign Investments

TEHRAN – Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Affairs Hojjat Abdolmaleki has signed memoranda of understanding (MoU) with two Tajik ministries of Health and Social Preservation, and Immigration and Employment.
According to the MOU signed with the between Abdolmaleki and the Tajik Health Ministry, the two sides stressed to expand cooperation, and announced readiness to exchange information and experience in the fields of social services and to hold training courses and establish expert level work groups.
Cooperation in the field of offering services to the society and supporting the people, and attracting private firms’ interest for making joint foreign investments in that field, harmonized moves and cooperation at the international level, the international organizations, and the regional level, and offering expert level training courses in the field of social support are among those agreements.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, headed a high-ranking delegation to Tajikistan’s capital city, Dushanbe to attend the Summit meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and an official visit to the country.
