Long-Short Film Award Goes to Iran’s ‘Weekend’ in U.S.
TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iranian short film ‘Weekend’ has been awarded at the 2020 edition of KinoDrome International Motion Picture and Screenplay Festival in the U.S.
Ario Motevaqe’s ‘Weekend’ won the Long-Short film award at the American festival.
‘Weekend’ is about two families who have gone on a picnic, but it was later revealed that they went to the park for another purpose.
KinoDrome "presents the most original independently produced and student-produced short form FILM/VIDEO/TV content from our state of Ohio and from around the world. In addition to motion media, the festival also presents: short, feature-length, and series-pilot SCREENPLAY content”, the event’s website reads.
The 2020 edition of the festival took place online on September 26-27.
