Zionist PM, UAE Crown Prince Agree to Meet

WEST BANK (Dispatches) – The Zionist regime’s cabinet on Monday approved the normalization deal with the United Arab Emirates and will submit it for parliamentary ratification, a statement by the regime says.
At the same time, Zionist prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he has invited the Abu Dhabi crown prince to the occupied territories and has received a reciprocal invitation to visit the UAE.
Abu Dhabi’s crown prince also confirmed in a tweet that he and the occupying regime’s prime minister had discussed boosting bilateral relations in a phone call.
Netanyahu signed normalization agreements with Emirati Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al Zayani during an official ceremony hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House on September 15.
The August 13 agreement made the UAE the third Arab country to conclude a full-fledged deal with the Zionist regime after Egypt in 1979 and Jordan in 1994.
The Palestinians, who seek an independent state in the occupied West Bank and Gaza with East al-Quds as its capital, view the deals as a betrayal of their cause.
In another development, for the first time a ship carrying imported cargo from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) docked in a port in the occupied territories the on Monday.
The cargo unloaded off the ship MSC Paris at Haifa included iron, as well as firefighting, cleaning and electronic equipment.
From now on, the ship will bring cargo from the UAE to the Israeli-occupied territories on a weekly basis, according to the port.
Earlier this month, a survey revealed that Arab populations continue to overwhelmingly oppose the recognition of the Zionist reime and the establishment of ties with it, despite the recent deals.
An Israeli report, which is based on a survey commissioned by the occupying regime’s strategic affairs ministry, also found on Sunday that an overwhelming majority of Arab social media users are critical of normalization with the regime.
