Chabahar Port to See Over €500mn Investment
TEHRAN (Dispatches) - Deputy Governor of Sistan and Balouchestan province Mandana Zangeneh said the high capacities of Chabahar port have attracted many investors, adding that a company has proposed to make €550mn investment in the region.
She said that an investment company has requested to establish a refinery to produce fuel for heavy vessels, noting that project is envisaged to require 400-500 million Euros.
The official added that the first phase of the project will start with €150mn credit.
She also pointed to the project of building a hotel with 300 apartments in south of the province.
