TEHRAN (Dispatches) – Senior commanders from the Iranian Border Police and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) have discussed enhancing coordination in ensuring security along the country’s southeastern border.
In a meeting in the province of Sistan and Balouchestan, IRGC Ground Force commander Brigadier General Muhammad Pakpour and Border Police chief General Ahmad Ali Goodarzi stressed the need for close coordination between their forces to ensure sustainable security in the border areas.
