TEHRAN (Dispatches) – President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday called for enhancement of "strategic and brotherly” relations between Tehran and Caracas in a letter to his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro.
Rouhani congratulated the Latin American nation on the anniversary of its independence in 1811. He expressed confidence that Venezuela will overcome existing problems and its people will emerge victorious in light of their resistance against U.S. pressures.
