TEHRAN (Dispatches) -- Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in China Li Zhanshu said Monday Beijing seeks steady expansion of compressive and strategic relations with Tehran.
Iran and China, he said, always pursue strategic and lasting ties regardless of regional and international developments. He made the remarks in a message to Iran’s new Parliament speaker Muhammad Baqer Qalibaf who was voted as the head of the chamber on Thursday.
