Official Regrets Armenia’s Opening of Embassy in Tel Aviv

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – A special adviser to Iran’s Parliament speaker has decried the Armenian government’s decision to open an embassy in Tel Aviv, saying it would adversely affect regional stability and security.
Hussein Amir-Abdollahian described the move as surprising. "Such a measure is undoubtedly in contradiction to the interests of the Palestinian people and will have negative impacts on the stability and security of the region,” he said.
