AMMAN (Dispatches) -- Thousands of people on Friday staged a rally in front of the U.S. embassy in Jordan to express their anger over U.S. President Donald Trump’s so-called deal of the century on the decades-old Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The protesters converged outside Abu Ayyub al-Ansari Mosque in Abdoun neighborhood of the capital Amman following Friday noon prayers in a protest organized by the National Alliance to Face Up to Trump’s Deal of Century, and marched towards the American diplomatic mission.
