Report: Zionists to Retain Palestine Security Control Under Trump Deal

WEST BANK (Dispatches) – An Israeli TV has reported that under the terms of the soon-to-be released controversial U.S. plan on the Zionist-Palestinian conflict, the occupying regime would keep security control of the entire occupied West Bank even if a Palestinian state is established in parts of it.
Israel’s Channel 13 TV reported that the U.S.-crafted plan, dubbed ‘the deal of the century’, provides for a demilitarized Palestinian state in some 80 percent of the West Bank under overall control of the Zionist regime, adding that the state would not be authorized to maintain an army and sign military treaties.
The report said the United States expects the Palestinians to reject the plan. However, it encourages them to think again, emphasizing that the 80 percent of West Bank territory, intended for their state, would be kept for them for several years.
U.S. President Donald Trump, who is expected to release the plan by Tuesday, has invited Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his challenger Benny Gantz to Washington for a preview of the so-called plan.
The U.S. president has said he would likely release the plan before his meeting with the regime leaders on Tuesday, dismissing reports on its content as "purely speculative.”
Israeli reports have described the deal as the "most pro-Israel plan ever presented” by a U.S. administration.
Secretary General of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Saeb Erekat has roundly dismissed Trump’s so-called deal of the century, saying any bid that ignores the Zionist regime’s occupation of Palestinian land will go down in history as the "fraud of the century.”
"Reminder to the International Community: Israel is an Occupying Power of the State of Palestine on the 1967 borders (East al-Quds, West Bank, and Gaza strip). Any deal, attempt or dictation that ignores this fact will be recorded in history as the fraud of the century,” Erekat wrote in a post published on his official Twitter page on Saturday.
He added that Trump’s administration has fully cooperated with Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, emphasizing that such partnership will be recorded in history as the fraud of the century against international law, UN resolutions, and the terms of the so-called peace process.
Meanwhile, a member of the politburo of the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement, Hamas, has described Trump’s long-delayed "deal of the century” plan as delusional.
Addressing people at the Great Mosque of Gaza, Khalil al-Hayya termed the deal as "mere illusion” and "pipe dreams for Zionists and the U.S. administration.”
"A popular uprising by all lovers of al-Quds worldwide would be enough to foil the plots of the Occupation (the Zionist regime) and force it to retreat,” Hayya noted.
In a separate statement, Hamas vowed to thwart the U.S.’s "deal of the century,” stressing that "any deal or project that disregards the Palestinian people’s right to their land and holy sites would never pass.”
