TEHRAN (Dispatches) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi will attend a meeting of the parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission to brief lawmakers on the illegal presence of the UK ambassador to Iran in an anti-government rally. The spokesman for the commission, Hussein Naqavi Husseini, said representatives of Iran’s law enforcement forces will also participate in the meeting to discuss British Ambassador to Tehran Rob Macaire’s presence in the illegal protest rally.  Iranian Police released footage that shows Macaire taking part in an illegal gathering in the capital last Saturday.
Macaire was arrested after he tried to "provoke and organize” an anti-government gathering held in front of Amir Kabir Universit
