4 Explosions Target Turkey-Held Areas in Syria
DAMASCUS (Dispatches) – As many as four explosions targeted areas occupied by the Turkish forces in northern Syria, leaving injuries, a war monitor has reported. The explosions targeted several areas controlled by the Turkish forces and the Turkey-backed militants in the northern countryside of Aleppo. The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights war monitor said several injuries were caused by the explosions, which were largely caused by booby-trapped motorcycles. It said at least five people were wounded by the bombings. The Syrian government has repeatedly slammed the Turkish presence on Syrian soil, saying the Turkish troops are forces of occupation.
