MP: Iran Oil Exports Will Never Stop
TEHRAN (Shana) – A member of the Iranian parliament underscored the restrictions imposed on Iran's oil exports, saying: "Iran has no problem in supplying petroleum products domestically, but oil exports will never stop."
Speaking to Shana, Abdullah Hatamian said that the county was now self-sufficient in supplying Euro-5 petrol, adding one of the direct results of producing high quality petrol is a cleaner air in several Iranian major cities.
The MP also touched on the restrictions imposed on Iran's oil exports, saying the country had no trouble supplying domestic industries with petroleum products, adding the Americans had thought Iran was unable to supply its domestic demand for fuel and the people would be faced with a shortage in this regard.
He said that Iran's oil exports would never stop, adding: "Today, with the endeavors of the Ministry of Petroleum, exports are being made.”
