TEHRAN (IFILM) -- Iran’s short ‘There Are No Secrets’ has garnered the Best Debut Film award at the monthly Independent Talents International Film Festival in the U.S.
Directed by Reza Alipour, the film was awarded at the 7th monthly competition of the festival.
"A young couple is in a house. They don't know how long they may live. They are astonished between the past and the future. Their life is like ruins under their feet,” a synopsis for the film reads.
All winners of monthly events will be nominated for the quarterly events of the gala, according to the festival’s website.
Finally, the winners of the quarterly events will be invited for the annual festival.
The Independent Talents International Film Festival is aimed to "help independent filmmakers gain the credibility and publicity they truly deserve.”
