MOSCOW (Dispatches) -- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov voiced his country’s support for Iran’s missile program and said the Islamic Republic has the right to boost its security through the program.
"Iran is never doing an action contradicting international regulations when it tests its missiles”, Ryabkov said. "All the experts know that satellite carriers and non-nuclear surface-to-surface ballistic missiles are different structurally from missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads,” he added.
