Turkey, Iran Plan Joint Bank: Report


ANKARA (Dispatches) -- Turkey is reportedly looking into a plan to establish a joint bank with Iran to process their transactions in local currencies, Turkish representative chairman of Iran-Turkey Business Council ـmit Kiler wrote on Dünya newspaper,
The plan will be put on the agenda of the Iranian and Turkish governments in the near future, he said, stressing that the move would be crucial in promoting economic bonds between Tehran and Ankara.
