Gaza Protester Dies From Zionist Regime Gunfire Wounds

GAZA STRIP (Dispatches) – A Palestinian teenage boy has died more than a month after being shot by Zionist troops during clashes between a group of Palestinian protesters and Zionist troops in the southern part of the besieged Gaza Strip.
The spokesman for the Gaza Ministry of Health, Ashraf al-Qidra, said in a statement that 16-year-old Suhaib Abed al-Salam Abu Kashef passed away late on Saturday at the European Hospital in Gaza City.
He had been shot and wounded during "The Great March of Return” protests east of the city of Khan Yunis, located about 25 kilometers south of Gaza City, on August 3.
More than 180 Palestinians have been killed by Zionist troops ever since anti-occupation protest rallies began in the Gaza Strip on March 30. Nearly 20,000 Palestinians have also sustained injuries.
The Gaza clashes reached their peak on May 14, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of Nakba Day (Day of Catastrophe), which coincided this year with the U.S. embassy relocation from Tel Aviv to occupied East al-Quds.
Hundreds of Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip held a funeral ceremony on Saturday for a teenage boy killed by Zionist army fire along the fence separating the coastal enclave and the occupied territories.
Mourners attended the funeral procession for 12-year-old Shadi Abdul Aziz Mahmoud Abdulal, who was fatally shot in the head by Zionist troopers during protest rallies east of the city of Jabalia in northern Gaza on Friday.
He has now become one of the youngest Palestinians to be killed in months of unrest along the frontier. Hundreds of family members and friends attended the funeral, with some calling for revenge.
"God burn those that burned my heart and killed my son," said Abdulal’s mother Umm Shadi, who has eight other children. "What is my son guilty of? He is 12 years old,” she added through tears.
Meanwhile, an armed Zionist settler shot and wounded a Palestinian, who had allegedly staged a "stabbing” attack against another Zionist.
The incident happened near a shopping mall south of the occupied holy city of al-Quds on Sunday.
The Palestinian was named as 17-year-old Khalil Yusef Ali Jabarin from the village of Yatta near the city of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
"The attacker is in moderate condition after being shot and neutralized by a civilian who was in the mall,” The Jerusalem Post reported.
The daily alleged that Jabarin had inflicted "critical” injury on a 40-year-old Israeli.

Palestinian mourners carry the body of 12-year-old Palestinian boy Shadi Abdel Aal, who was killed by Zionist troops during a protest at the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israeli-occupied territories, during his funeral in Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip on September 15, 2018.
