DAMASCUS (Dispatches) -- President Bashar al-Assad said here Sunday the Syrian army and its allies are firmly resolved to defeat terrorism and liberate the entire Arab country's territory.
Assad made the remarks in a meeting with Iranian foreign minister's special assistant for political affairs Hussein Jaberi Ansari who commended recent victories by the Syrian army in the battle against terrorists in the southern city of Dara'a and its countryside.
