Ministry Summons Turkish Ambassador



TEHRAN (Press TV) -- Iran on Monday summoned the Turkish ambassador to Tehran over the recent unconstructive remarks and claims by the Turkey’s president and foreign minister against the Islamic Republic.
In a meeting on Monday, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Ebrahim Rahimpour handed over an official letter of protest to the Turkish ambassador to Tehran, Reza Hakan Tekin. During a recent visit to Bahrain, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reportedly accused Iran of seeking to destabilize Iraq and Syria.
